Refund Policy
Unfortunately, no refunds are given for this service under any circumstances. If you change your mind after purchasing, and before completing the intake form we will apply the funds to a different Belle Creative service if booked within 6 months.

What if I have an emergency and need to cancel or reschedule our call?
We understand that life happens. If you can’t make your call, you can reschedule up to 48 hours beforehand. All bookings are non-refundable.
After you’ve sent me the report, will you help me make the recommended changes?
If you want us to! We have the option to add an 8 hour VIP day to implement as many of the updates as possible on your website, saving you time and ensuring you get the absolute most out of your website audit.
What if after the audit, I decide that I just want to build a brand-new website?
